FEMA understands the emotional & physical trauma of an assault or similar crime. Our specially-trained medical team works with victims to support their dignity & personal needs while taking the necessary steps to comply with local jurisdictions & law enforcement.
Our forensic nurse examiners have specialized training and certifications. The SANE designation indicates Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. They are prepared to work with all types of victims including:
